Elena has worked in the industry for more than ten years and for three years she has been working as UX Researcher at PuntoLab, an agency focused on UX Research.

He is currently Lead of accounts at BBVA, Santander, Claro and Fox Entertainment and has participated in different projects for Walmart, MetLife, Bitso, among others.

He also participated in the communities of UX Nights and UX Mexico as a volunteer and guest speaker.
